2022-2023 Registration for youth Ministry/ Religious education
Hard copy and printable forms along with schedules and more detailed information available now at the Faith Formation Drop box in the school entrance. First day of classes will be October 2nd, 2022., with the kick off Youth Rally set for Sunday, September 25th from 1-7pm in Fremont. Forms and payment can be returned by mail to 700 E Bryant Rd or to the box marked 'Faith Formation' in the school entrance. -
